Who we are
STILLVELD LLC, organized in Wyoming, United States, operates this B2B website. This notice explains how we handle personal information through the website and related business inquiries. Contact us at info@stillveld.com.
Information you provide
Quick Interest collects your business email and optional company or brand, together with the selected product or context and source page. Full Inquiry collects your name, company or brand, business email, product interest, inquiry purpose, and any message or estimated quantity you choose to provide. We also record submission identifiers, timestamps, notification status and business follow-up information. If you provide additional business details, such as a website or target market, we may retain them with your inquiry.
Website and security information
Our hosting and service providers process limited technical information, such as network addresses, request details and device or browser information, to deliver and protect the website. Our inquiry protection uses keyed email and network identifiers, a payload fingerprint, counters and short-lived submission and retry records. These security identifiers are pseudonymous; our limiter does not store raw network addresses or browser user agents. Submission keys are held in form memory while the form is open. We do not use analytics, advertising pixels or behavioral tracking on this release of the public website. The public inquiry experience does not set application cookies or use localStorage or sessionStorage; internal administration uses a separate authentication cookie.
How we use information
We use information to respond to inquiries, understand product requirements, communicate about potential or active business relationships, coordinate development and commercial work, maintain business records, and prevent abuse, fraud and security incidents. We may also use it to meet applicable legal obligations and handle disputes or claims.
Service providers and disclosures
Cloudflare hosts the website and handles website requests. Supabase stores inquiry records and limited security data. Resend sends internal inquiry notifications, which are also handled by the receiving email service. We disclose information as needed for these services and related business communications, and where reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights or address security incidents. Information may be processed in countries where STILLVELD or its service providers operate.
How long we retain information
We retain unconverted B2B inquiries for up to 24 months from the last meaningful business interaction, then delete or anonymize them where reasonably practicable, unless retention remains reasonably necessary for legal, security, fraud, dispute or claim purposes. Customer and contract records may be retained as reasonably necessary for active business relationships, contracts, accounting, tax, logistics, dispute handling and legal obligations.
Short-lived security records
The 24-month inquiry period does not apply to limiter records. Short-window counters expire 70 minutes from the window start, daily counters 25 hours from the UTC day start, retry reservations 24 hours after initial admission, and unused attempt tickets after 20 seconds. Automated cleanup runs every five minutes and removes expired security records in bounded batches. Delays can occur during outages or backlogs. Provider logs, email records and backups have separate retention arrangements; these application expiry periods do not guarantee deletion from those systems.
Your privacy requests
Depending on where you are located, applicable law may provide rights regarding your personal information, including access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability where applicable. Send requests to info@stillveld.com. We may need to verify your identity and clarify your request, and applicable exceptions may limit what we can provide or delete.
Security and children
We use reasonable administrative, technical and organizational safeguards to protect personal information. No system or transmission is guaranteed secure. This B2B website is not directed to children.
